Miniaturisation of analytical instrumentation has many advantages over conventional techniques. These advantages include improved data precision and reproducibility, short analysis times, minimal sample consumption, improved automation and integration of complex workflows.
It gives a more accurate picture of whether the desired characteristics of a lead antibody will be maintained in the presence of lipid, proteins and carbohydrates. Focused-ultrasonicators standardise sample prep for a variety of application areas including DNA shearing for Next Generation sequencing, RNA and protein extraction, chromatin shearing, cell lysis, tissue to biomarker, compound management, formulations, and more. In the case of Next Generation sequencing it allows accurate fragmentation of genomic DNA to the required size (~200 bp- ~300 bp).
All samples are stored in a dedicated, alarmed and access-controlled -80°C freezer, exclusively used for safe storage of client samples.
